New Day Cafe & Indian Restaurant

I tried this place because of the aromas I encountered when I walked past on the way to Foursquare. We got a takeaway when housesitting and the food was excellent. The best Indian meal I have had in a long time. I wish you guys were in Auckland! The chicken do pyaza was the best do pyaza I’ve had, lamb madras was creamy and tender, and both were actually fairly hot which isn’t always the case when you ask for a hot.

Delicious food. Great Lunch Deal. Butter Chicken was too good in taste. Biryani was full of flavours, loving it. We had Veg Samosa also, size was good & filling was savory. Ambience of the cafe is also great. Must visit cafe

What a find, I'm not sure if it was the 2 hour drive north and coming across a great food stop but the iced drinks, eggs on toast and flavoursome pies were amazing. Shame it is not our local thanks guys

Ordered 5 different curries to pick up, great quality with rich flavour, well spiced, the chicken dishes had plenty of meat. Pakora’s are also outstanding.

Always a great meal - Sunny and the team are very welcoming with great service - the mixed entree, butter chicken and garlic & cheese naan are a regular starting point for us then the we like to explore the menu from there. If you ask nicely you might get the Maharaja Patuala - it’s not on the menu but the “Kings Chicken” is light and delicious - you can also get delivery via order meal all over the heads - highly recommended

What a treat to be staying near this wonderful restaurant. In our short stay in Parua Bay we dined here 3 times and enjoyed take-away on another night. Every single bite of every single one of our meals was pure deliciousness. We like Indian food a lot. We LOVE this Indian food! Everything is made by hand with love and great skill. The lamb saag is my favorite, while the mutter curry captured my husband's heart. The naan is insanely delicious. In the realm of dessert, my only wish is that the carrot cake were made with more spice/flavor. I loved the lemon cake. We highly recommend New Day Cafe for great food.

Amazing food, staff and service... accommodated our Whānau of 9 at short notice to book for dinner. We had assorted mains, Butter Chicken with different heats, Lamb Rogan Josh, Beef Vindaloo, Chicken Korma, Naan Breads - plain, garlic and cheese and assorted sides, onion bhaji, tandoori chicken and chips... We were totally impressed and will definitely be back... the restuarant was really busy with not only catering to their restaurant customers but were busy making takeaway orders as well... highly recommend

Some of the best take away food we've ever had. We've ordered from here on several occasions over the last few weeks and every time its exceptional quality. My husband raves about the chicken jalfarezi saying its the best one he's ever had. They also cater well for vegans, making a delicious veggie madras. Portion sizes are perfect, and the chips are pretty epic too.
